14 Taliban militants killed, wounded in Afghan, coalition forces operations: Thunder Corps

The Afghan and coalition forces killed or wounded 14 Taliban militants during the operations which were conducted in Paktiya and Ghazni provinces.

The 203rd Thunder Corps in a statement said the coalition forces conducted an airstrike in Sahak area of Zurmat district in Paktiay province killing 2 Taliban militants.

The statement further added that the airstrike also destroyed a bike a Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device.

Furthermore, the 203rd Thunder Corps said the coalition forces conducted an airstrike in Juri area of Aab Band district in Ghazni province killing 7 Taliban militants.

The 203rd Thunder Corps also added that the Afghan forces killed a militant and wounded 3 others during an operation in Khwaja Omari district of Ghazni.

Meanwhile, the Afghan forces also discovered and defused 4 improvised explosive devices in Musa Khel of Khost and Khwaja Omari of Ghazni.
