The Afghan forces conducted separate operations in Logar and Ghazni provinceskilling, wounding at least 13 Taliban militants.
The 203rd Thunder Corps in a statement said the security forces an operation in the vicinity of Mohammad Agha district killing 9 Taliban militants.
The statement further added that the security forces killed a Taliban fighter and wounded another militant during a separate raid in Baraki Barak district.
Furthermore, the 203rd Thunder Corps said the security forces killed 2 Taliban militants during an operation in Aab district of Ghazni province.
The security forces also confiscated an Ak-47 assault rifle during the same operation.
