Balkh: – A civilians was killed and a policeman was injured in a roadside bomb blast in Mazar-i-Sharif on Saturday.
Balkh police told media, the blast targeted a vehicle in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif at around 8:30 am in the morning.
The civilian was reportedly killed due to heavy wounded inflicted by the blast.
This comes as violence in Afghanistan have raged despite efforts for peace.
According to the Ministry of Interior at least six people including a child were killed in various types of Taliban attacks in Laghman, Nangarhar, Khost, Takhar and Sar-e-Pul provinces on Friday.
MoI indicated that more than 21 people were injured during the incidents.
