Taliban deny peace negotiations with Afghan government

Taliban militants group in Afghanistan denied the comments of president Hamid Karzai for trilateral talks between Afghanistan government, Washington and the Taliban group.
Afghan president Hamid Karzai recently told Wall Street Journal Washington has hold talks with the Taliban group and there has also been some contacts between the Taliban group and the Afghan government.
President Karzai also said, thereĀ have also been trilateral talks between Afghanistan, United States and the Taliban group.
A spokesman for the Taliban group, Zabiullah Mujahid following a statement said, the Taliban group has not hold talks with the unauthorized government of Kabul and the Taliban group does not have any intention to negotiate with the Karzai administration.
Mr. Mujahid called the recent comments by president Karzai a progpaganda and emphasized that any Taliban group member whho has hold talks with the Afghan government is a forger.
This comes as the Taliban group in its earlier statement confirmed talks between the Taliban group and Washington in Qatar.
Washington agreed with the establishment of the Taliban liaison office in Qatar however the Afghan government criticized peace talks with the Taliban group in the absence of the Afghan officials and summoned its ambassador from Qatar.
Afghan president Hamid Karzai later agreed with the establishment of the Taliban liaison office and said that Afghanistan supports any talks which will lead to stability in the country.
In the meantime Afghan officials also announced that Afghan president Hamid Karzai is looking to hold talks with the Taliban group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The officials also emphasized to continue to their peace efforts with the cooperation of the Saudi Arabia and Turkey despite the opening of the Taliban liaison office in Qatar.
